It hosted meat market, bakery, and grocery stores through the 1940s. It was then used by Ray and Ruth Cox for a luncheonette and antiques from 1950, and a barber shop through the 1990s. It was later used for florists and bait & tackle, and most recently has been occupied by multiple restaurants.
